Slowburn is a Danish singer, and besides his work with the band Yellowish, he also does some solo stuff. And he does it very well! His sounds are probably more rooted in Americana than in Denmark, but there’s no reason why that shouldn’t work. Just listen to those three wonderful songs Slowburn offers us on his MySpace, and you’ll hear what I mean!
Thunderstorms Ahead (MP3)
Sarah (MP3)
If You Have To (MP3)
Yellowish – This Is My Direction (MP3)

Iko, the Exeter dream-poppers, offer another beautiful song – besides Hologram – now on their MySpace. If you like the Cardigans or K’s Choice, you will definitely like this one!
All Time Low (MP3)
Hologram (MP3)

Keane will release Crystal Ball as the second single from their latest album. Even if I do like it better than Is It Any Wonder, I don’t think it’s the strongest song on Under The Iron Sea. But it’s probably a good choice commercial-wise, because you can start singing along after you’ve heard it for the first time. Don’t believe me? Stream it on MySpace and see for yourself!

Italian Prog-Dreamer NoSound has recorded a live track, a cover version of No-Man‘s song Together We’re Stranger. Very, very beautiful! Stream it here:
